Good to know

› Ticket reservation is required for groups (minimum 10 persons) and recommended for individual visitors.

› You must always book guides in advance (up to 20 people per guide).

› Tickets must be payed within two weeks after booking, if not your reservation will be automatically cancelled. When booking less than 7 days before the activity your reservation will expire 30 minutes before the start.

› We charge an administration fee of € 2 for every telephone and online reservation (ie a unit, regardless of the number of tickets per reservation).
